MVT Biological Deodorization

MVT has more than 50 years of experience in the construction of biological deodorization. It is very good at utilizing the physiological metabolism of microorganisms to transform odorous substances and to remove pollutants by effective decomposition, so as to achieve the purpose of odor control.

The core of biological deodorization is biological filter. When the collected odor passes through a solid carrier (filler) full of microorganisms under suitable conditions, it is first absorbed by the surface of the filler, and then oxidized and decomposed by the microorganisms on the filler. Because the growth of microorganisms requires sufficient organic nutrients, solid carriers must have higher organic components. It is also necessary to maintain suitable conditions for microbial growth.
