JONO Enviro's Aluminium scrap recycling treatment system can handle all kinds of scrap cars and scrap Aluminum materials.
In the front end, a trommel screen is to pre-screen the input materials. Then the screened materials are washed with water to remove pollutants. The following is the two-stage flotation, which uses density separation principle. The first stage is to sort out magnesium and other light substances, the second stage is to sort out heavy substances such as copper. All that s left is high purity aluminum.
In the last process, the processed aluminum material is dried to make aluminum ingot.
