Disc Screen

JONO's unique patented disc screen, which has been used for more than five years in more than 100 cases, has proved to be very suitable for the screening of Asian's chaotic domestic waste. Compared with the traditional trommel screen, the flexible screen hole of disk screen has the function of self-cleaning. The unique transmission shaft greatly reduces the possibility of winding caused by long strip garbage .

Working Principle:  

The material is dispersed by rotating disc separator. With the movement of material on the disc, small fractions fall through the screen hole formed by the adjacent main shaft and the screen plate, and the materials larger than the screen holes come out of the outlet.
