Star Screen

Star screen, which adopts German technology, is mainly used for material sorting. The material moves in a straight line on the receiving surface of the rotating star claw, and the inorganic material smaller than the gap among the star claws is separated and sent to the collection point through the transfer belt. Materials larger than the gap are sent to the finished product warehouse by means of belt conveyor. The star claw shaft is driven by sprocket, and the star claw is imported from Germany. Each star claw is equipped with wear-resistant metal plate, which play the role of self-cleaning.
