About this project
The total capacity of the project is 500,000 tons of construction waste per year, 500 tons of house demolition waste and 1000 tons of decoration waste per day, with a total area of 47733 ㎡, including three areas: production area, silo storage area and management area. Using 'screening before crushing' procedure and enclosed treatment mode.
The principle of no dropping of waste in this project is the first one: no dropping of raw waste (the loading machine can take the waste directly from garbage truck, ); The finished combustibles do not fall to the ground (aggregates are temporarily stored and unloaded in silos, combustibles are temporarily stored in packages, and ash residues are temporarily stored in ash silos). The ash silos and silos are both equipped with intelligent self unloading vehicles, which avoids the increase in operating costs caused by the dropping and transportation of waste.
The production line is equipped with intelligent separating (artificial intelligent sorting robot, near-infrared sorting equipment) and intelligent aggregate storage system. The recycled aggregate is made for resource utilization and stored in silos. Each silo has an effective volume of 5000m³ .The Total capacity of aggregate storage is 30000 tons, which is about 20 days' output of the building materials factory.
The composition of construction waste that created by different structures of buildings are different. However, their basic composition are the same, mainly composed of soil, muck, scattered mortar and concrete, masonry and concrete fragments produced by chiseling, reinforced concrete piles cut off by piling, scrap metal, bamboo and wood, waste materials produced by decoration, various packaging materials and other wastes.
Most of the construction waste is directly piled up in the open air or buried in the ground, which takes up a lot of land resources and produces dust and other problems, causing serious pollution to the environment.
