About this project
The project with the capacity of 50-70 t/h is used to handle the decoration waste. The production line is equipped with international advanced AI smart sorting equipment, stepped screen, fip-flow screen, 3D screen, high-pressure density separator, large-size crusher and so on. Considering the convenience of subsequent operation management and equipment maintenance, the Suzhou Renewable Resources Center plans to upgrade the technology of the original construction waste treatment plant. For this purpose, about 7000m2 plant areas will be invested and constructed, in which the garbage dump for the original C & D waste, pre-sorting separation area, feeding area as well as the collection area of the terminal products will be included. Additionally, it will also be equipped with dust removal system, fire emergency system, electrical control and maintenance workshop and other supporting systems for the integrated treatment of decoration garbage.
The composition of construction waste that created by different structures of buildings are different. However, their basic composition are the same, mainly composed of soil, muck, scattered mortar and concrete, masonry and concrete fragments produced by chiseling, reinforced concrete piles cut off by piling, scrap metal, bamboo and wood, waste materials produced by decoration, various packaging materials and other wastes.
Most of the construction waste is directly piled up in the open air or buried in the ground, which takes up a lot of land resources and produces dust and other problems, causing serious pollution to the environment.
